Norfolk is a great place to be a photographer, indeed Tom Mackie, a famous landscape photographer who has travelled the world in search of his art, always gravitates back to the Norfolk area. The reason is simple; the varied and diverse scenery. You have real windmills, water, reed beds, boats, and the coastline. So whilst Norfolk may be flat, the opportunities for a great picture are legion.

Of course light and timing are keys to a good picture but the fact that Norfolk is one of the drier counties helps. There are hundreds of species of birds in the area, and all just waiting for you to take their picture. Some of the beaches have established Seal populations that can present quite a challenge to capture on camera.

For the kids, a trip to the Dinosaur Adventure Park gives them some fun and will no doubt provide some great pictures for you.
